We process your name or company name, phone number, email address, project location and type, and message. We use the data only to handle the enquiry, prepare an offer and communicate with you.
3. Legal basis
We process enquiry data to take steps before entering into a contract and, where applicable, to perform a contract. We may retain it for a reasonable period to protect our rights and maintain communication records.
4. Service providers
We use FormSubmit to deliver the form. Hosting and email providers also process data only as necessary to operate the website and deliver the message. We do not sell the data or use it for unsolicited marketing.
5. Retention
Enquiries that do not result in cooperation are normally retained for no longer than 12 months. If a contract is concluded, required documents are retained for the period set by legal and accounting rules.
